What are the dimensions of your backdrops?

Our standard size is roughly 2.2m high x 2.5m wide.

Do the table letters come with a table top?

​

Our table letter come with an acrylic table top, please let us know if you want the letters on their own.

What are your letters made from?

​

Thick polystyrene so you can easily relocate it. 

​

What are your flowers made from?

​

Our flowers are made from high quality cardstock and paper, ranging from 120gsm to 250gsm. 

​

Are your backdrops freestanding?

​

Yes, they are very study and sit in their own frame.

​

Can I request a specific colour theme for a backdrop or flower wall?

Yes! Please contact us with your ideas, mood boards welcome! However we will need at least 12 weeks prior notice.

Can I pick up and set up my item/s myself?

​

To avoid charging our customers a bond we have eliminated this option as the risk of damage is high.

Can we use backdrops outside?

​

Unfortunately we cannot allow for a flower wall to be placed outdoors (marquees are fine) as we cannot risk the chance of bad weather!  Some of our over back drops can be.  Please contact us if your unsure.

Is it possible to move the wall after set up?

​

Once the wall is set up it cannot be relocated.  The wall is not mobile so it would need to be dismantled band set up by two Mia Lee & Co team members on site.

How do I care for the flowers that I purchased?

​

Please keep them away from heat and moisture.

​

How do I hang the flowers I purchased on my wall?

​

Flowers come with a little hook on the back so you can pin to your wall otherwise  small command clear hooks work well.  Use Blu Tack for the leaves.
